Testimonials

Giorgio(*), 84 years old, Washington (USA)

After a life in Italy of work and family, and a divorce, I remarried the sweetheart of my youth and moved with her to the USA.
Managing my affairs in Italy became progressively more difficult and I preferred to delegate to my children; at a certain point I decided to separate my economic affairs from family relationships: I therefore preferred to appoint Meglio per Tutti APS to manage my properties and help me with INPS for my pension, with the bank, and with the Tax Office, which they manage with precision and punctuality.
Now I can enjoy my retirement with the woman I love and talk to my children about us, instead of business.

Maria(*), 73 years old, Maryland (USA)

Talking with friends, I had a doubt that my brother, with whom I am not on good terms, was paying taxes and utilities on my house in Sicily, where I almost never go, with the risk that in the future he could claim rights to the property.
I asked Meglio per Tutti APS for advice and they promptly helped me regain full control of that house, which I have begun to use more often now that I am retired. They also helped me buy a car, which I keep in Sicily, registered at the PRA in my name even though I live in America and am registered with AIRE.

Ellie, 25 years old, Detroit (USA)

I was born in Italy to Italian and American parents but, as a child, I emigrated with my mother to America, where I lived with American documents and without ever registering with AIRE.
I thought about visiting Italy and, perhaps, continuing my university studies there. I then contacted my Consulate, which asked me for documents from Italy that I didn’t know how to obtain, and I found myself in a situation where I was being bounced from one office to another.
Meglio per Tutti APS took charge of the situation, communicating effectively with the Municipality and the Consulate; after a few weeks, the Consulate corrected the problem: now I am registered with AIRE and have my Italian passport.

Riccardo, 45 years old, Virginia (USA)

I was born in Italy to Italian and American parents but, as a child, I emigrated with my parents to America, where I lived with American documents and without ever registering with AIRE.
My daughter was born (in the USA) and I wanted to register her with AIRE, but the Consulate asked me for documents certifying my past residence in Italy.
Meglio per Tutti APS explained to me that this is caused by the new law on the transmission of citizenship to children and quickly obtained the necessary documents for me.
Now my daughter is recognized as Italian, registered with AIRE, and has her Italian passport.

Paola(*), 48 years old, Maryland (USA)

My husband and I are South American and Italian by birth, and we live in the USA. We have two daughters, aged 16 and 23, whom we never registered with the Consulate and AIRE.
Given the geopolitical situation, the internal US political situation, and our condition in the USA as South American foreigners, we thought our daughters would benefit from the recognition of their Italian citizenship.
Meglio per Tutti APS explained the new law on the transmission of citizenship to children, verified our AIRE registrations, the completeness of the transcriptions in Italy of our birth and marriage certificates from Argentina: now my younger daughter is recognized as Italian, registered with AIRE, and has her Italian passport. For the older one, they are helping us obtain the necessary documents.
